CUTTING METHOD 

1.  Use a cutting machine, a type of saw-used: Circular Saw tungsten of Carbide Type.

2.  Use a manual method:

• Place the melamine sheet on a flat plane.
• Take a straight helping device, then put it on the surface of the melamine to be cut.
• Press the said helping device by hand, and then scratch lane.
• Break the already scratched melamine by hand.
• Smooth the cutting scars with sand-paper.
  

FIXING  METHOD

On the wood, plywood, metal, concrete, etc.

• Surface should be even.
• Clean it from any dirt, dust, oil, and other strange particles.
• Smear some adhesive on both planes to be pasted.
• The adhesive smearing method should be even; it's better to use a spraygun or just follow the guidelines from the glue manufacturer, the treatment of each sort of glue shall be different.
• Attach the two articles to be pasted, beginning from the first end up to the last end.
• Press the already pasted surfaces by hand or by using a press-roll.
